Timbaban hydropower project is located in the central Philippines island Banay, for run-of-power plants, installed capacity 3 × 7 MW, the main building has a header dam and water intake structures, diversion culvert and tunnel, forebay, penstock, terrestrial plant and substation, site and off-road, 69KV output lines. After the project EPC bid, by the three units involved 17 engineers delegation conducted a site visit. Taking into account the location of the project is the original mountain, no traffic, no electricity, no communication, to organize a study of the preparatory work and the costs are relatively large, CWE hope to solve all the content you need to know in order to meet the design work through a one-time inspection, before the basic design, the initial construction design approach roads to traffic, the organization will not repeat visit. Therefore the results of a detailed site visit or not, accurate or not, it will directly affect the quality of the basic design, construction design.
